Refund policy

Paid billing is not open yet: nothing is charged today. This policy will apply to paid subscriptions once they open. It complements our terms of service.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid. You keep access until then and are not charged again.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, or a professional with five employees or fewer subscribing outside your main activity, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason and without penalty.

When you subscribe, you can ask for the Service to start immediately. If you do so and then withdraw, you pay only for the days of Service provided until you told us, calculated in proportion to the price of the subscription. The rest is refunded.

How to withdraw

  • Use the “Withdraw from contract here” button in your account billing settings. It will be available during the whole withdrawal period as soon as paid plans open, and you receive an acknowledgement by email.
  • Or send a clear statement, for example using the model form below, to [To complete: contact email address] or by post to [To complete: registered office address].

3. When and how we refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method as your original payment unless you expressly agree otherwise. You pay no fees for the refund.

Outside the withdrawal period, we also refund:

  • any amount charged by mistake or twice;
  • any amount charged after your cancellation took effect;
  • the unused part of a period if we end your subscription without a breach on your part, or if the Service is not in conformity and cannot be brought into conformity (legal guarantee of conformity).

Apart from these cases and your statutory rights, a period that has started is not refunded pro rata when you cancel.

4. Purchases on a FiveM server's shop

FiveM Analytics does not sell anything to players. If you bought an item from a server's shop (for example through Tebex), contact that server or its payment provider for any refund.
