Everything the resource collects, organised by question
Each page of the dashboard answers one question a server owner actually asks.
Server overview
Online player count sent every 60 seconds, daily peak, sessions and new players, with a history chart.
Player profiles
Identity, identifiers, job, gang, cash and bank balances, inventory and vital stats, refreshed every 5 minutes.
Playtime and sessions
Connection history, playtime per day, week and month, and AFK time per session.
Economy
Money in and out per player, cash versus bank, and the richest players over your chosen window.
Combat
Deaths, kills and causes, with killer and victim linked to their player profiles.
Vehicles
Owned vehicles per player with model and plate, synchronised from your garage table.
Jobs
How players are spread across jobs and grades, and who is on duty.
Inactive players
Players who have not connected for longer than a threshold you set (14 days by default).
Leaderboards
Wealth, activity and kills rankings over a rolling window you configure.
Position history
A player's recorded positions over a day or 30 days, for moderation and support.
Team access
Invite staff with owner, staff or viewer roles. Only the owner sees billing and API keys.
Several servers, one account
Switch between the servers you run from the same account, within your plan's server quota.
How it works
Three steps from sign-up to first data
Create your server
Sign up, name your server and choose QBCore or QBox. You receive an API key, shown only once.
Install the resource
Add the FiveM Analytics resource, then set the API URL and key in server.cfg with set (never setr, so the key is not sent to players).
Read your dashboard
Data arrives in batches. If the API cannot be reached, the resource keeps events in a local buffer and retries.

Acquisition tracking

Data & privacy
Player data handled on your behalf
You decide what runs on your server. We process your players' data only to show you your dashboard.
Limited retention
Positions are kept 30 days and online snapshots 90 days. Transaction, death and session detail is kept 180 days, then only monthly totals remain.
Deletion on request
As the owner, you can permanently delete a player and all linked data from the dashboard.
Hashed API keys
Server API keys are stored as a hash. A lost key cannot be shown again, only regenerated.
Isolated servers
Each server's data is separated in the database by row-level security, in addition to application filters.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which frameworks are supported?
QBCore and QBox only. The resource detects which one is running at start-up and logs a clear message if neither is found. ESX and other frameworks are not supported.
How often does the resource send data?
The online player count and the list of connected players every 60 seconds, positions and player snapshots every 5 minutes by default, and one-off events (deaths, vehicles, connections, job changes) as they happen, in batches of up to 100 events.
What happens if your API is unreachable?
The resource keeps events in a local buffer and retries with exponential backoff. A batch is not dropped because of a network error or a server error.
Who is responsible for my players' data?
You are the data controller for your players' data; FiveM Analytics acts as your processor under the data processing agreement you accept when you add a server. You must inform your players, for example in your server rules.
Are you affiliated with Rockstar Games or Cfx.re?
No. FiveM Analytics is an independent service. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex.
